Our Warranty is limited to the workmanship provided by Seal It Insulation while performing the Work described in the Proposal. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any materials or equipment used in performing the Work. This Warranty is transferable one time within 10 years of the completion of the Work.
What is the difference between open-cell and closed-cell spray foam?
Open-cell spray foam is lightweight and excellent for soundproofing and filling large areas, while closed-cell spray foam is much denser, providing a higher R-value per inch and acting as a powerful moisture barrier.
How long does a typical insulation installation take?
While every project is unique, most residential upgrades (like attic or crawl space insulation) can be completed in a single day. Larger commercial projects or whole-home spray foam applications may take longer depending on the square footage.
